First
day of work!
What did
I feel? I’m more excited than nervous. Why? Sa Unilab ako magwwork. UNILAB is
UNILAB.
I’ve met
my bosses Ms. Mau and Ms. Simone. Ms. Mau introduced me to the tasks I will be
doing. To summarize everything she said, I will be analyzing and helping them
identify the top performers for the year. Sounds exciting for me.
I'm honored to be entrusted in that line of activities because it’s about
performance. Big responsibility!
So to
begin, Ms. Shine taught me how to evaluate employees. She was very patient and
accommodating. She’s nice! And oh, she’s also a product of Miriam College kaya
mej comfortable ako.
Ms. Tin
gave my time cards. Because I don’t know how to use the machine, Ms. Simone
accompanied me. She also gave some introductions about the organization.
First
was amazing! Sobrang warm ng mga employees. :)
