I
validated the employees’ PAMS. I’m not sure what P-A-M-S stands for but these
were forms that all regular employees answer regarding their performance. I
need to validate 3000+ PAMS so I wasn’t able to finish it.
They
value their employees much. How can I say this? PAMS is about evaluation, with
this, I believe that this is an ingredient to be qualified for higher
positions. Also, malalaman ng organization what’s the perspective of their
employees (kung satisfied ba sila or what). It is a
privilege to be entrusted with these confidential documents.
I
observed that every employees call each other “Ma’am” or “Sir”. Kahit boss
“Ma’am” ang tawag sa maintenance staff. With this, I can see their respect for
each other. I was flattered when Ms. Mau called me “Ma’am”. Sobrang sarap
pakingan.
